Derek is a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) with the Scrum Alliance. He is also a Professional Scrum Trainer (PST) with Scrum.org.

He is the first Scrum Trainer in Europe dual-certified by both the Scrum Alliance and Scrum.org

Derek has spent the last two decades focused on agile ways of working and has spent over half of that time working as a consultant with some of the world’s best known organizations.
