Webgate’s First Scrum Student Aces the PSM I Exam

Scrum and software contracts

The software project landscape is littered with failures. A recent example in the UK is the failure of the NHS National Programme for IT. At the point the plug was pulled, £6.4bn had been spent with the final bill expected to be £11.4bn. The post mortems are already under way and what they’re finding is not surprising. Large IT contracts continue to make the same mistakes. It’s time for a change.
